Delivery conditions

At this time, Moneret products can be delivered to the following states. France*, Austria, Baltic States, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal*, Spain*, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland and the UK*

During the launch period, deliveries are free of charge for all order over 30E.

The moment you complete your purchase, your delivery will be processed. We will send you a confirmation email to the email address you have provided, which includes the goods you have ordered and their cost.

Delivery timings

All orders placed during the pre-launch period will be shipped from June 15th:

1. France delivery within 3 working days

• - Delivery cost is 3€
• - FREE on orders over 30€

2. Europe delivery (excluding France) within 5 working days

• - Delivery cost is 6€
• - FREE on orders over 30€

Due to the ongoing state of Emergency in France, delivery time may vary.
