Moneret products comply with EU laws. According to the EU law of March 11th, 2013, animal testing is prohibited for all products marketed in Europe.

No Moneret product contains paraben.

No Moneret product contains BHT.

No Moneret product contains phenoxyethanol.

No Moneret product contains SLS.

No Moneret product contains silicone.

Moneret products contain an Allergen-free fragrance. None of the Moneret products contain Ethyl Alcohol or denatured alcohol which are harmful to the skin.

Some Moneret products contain plant based alcohol, such as Coco Fatty Alcohol, with valuable moisturizing and protective properties.

All Moneret products were formulated to be safe for all skin types including sensitive skin. According to EU laws Moneret products were tested under dermatological control and approved by a toxicologist expert. Moneret products contain between 91% and 98% natural ingredients. During the development stage we strove to select as many natural ingredients as possible while ensuring the highest safety and efficacy.

We recommend storing the Moneret products at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and humidity. Avoid freezing.

All Moneret products are rated by consumer rating applications as excellent except for the Coulor Control due to the presence of aluminum starch octenylsuccinate. Used in most of make up products it gives a soft and matte finish to the texture. The concentration of this ingredient is perfectly safe, with no medical contra-indication or long term health effect, at a low concentration, below 1%.

Yes, taxes and custom duties can be collected at delivery based on your place of delivery. Please keep in mind these collected taxes are mandated by your local government and Moneret in no way benefits from this.

After an order is placed, an order confirmation email is sent to the email address provided during order placement. Order confirmation can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. The order confirmation email includes the order number and all of the order details. Once an order confirmation is received it means your order is being processed and cannot be canceled. A shipment confirmation email is sent once the order ships from the fulfillment center. The shipment confirmation email includes the shipping tracking number and all te order details.

If you have not receive the order confirmation email within 24 hours, please be sure to double check that our email did not end up in your spam folder. If you still are not able to find it, please contact us at hello@moneret-care.com with your inquiry and we will be more than happy to help you.

If your product does not meet your expectations, do not worry. You have a right of withdrawal that you can exercise within 14 days from the receipt by you of your entire order, in accordance with the regulations. To exercise this right, you must within this period inform us of your decision to withdraw, by mail or email at hello@moneret-care.com. In the latter case, we will send you an acknowledgment of receipt by email.

You must return your product as soon as possible, in its original packaging, in perfect condition (open products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons) to Carziel Ltd. - 68 rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré, 75008 Paris and in any case within 14 days at the latest following the communication of your decision to retract.

We undertake to exchange it or if you wish to refund it to you as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days from the information of your decision of retraction, the refunding however being able to be deferred until recovery by us of your product or proof of shipment. In all cases, it will happen as follows:
- The package is returned in its entirety, we will refund the price of the package and any shipping costs (standard delivery rate), return shipping costs to you.
- The parcel is not returned in its entirety (you keep one or more of the items ordered), we refund the price of the product (s) returned (s), any shipping costs are not reimbursed, the return costs remain your responsibility.
- The product is returned because of our responsibility, we will refund the product, any shipping costs and return.

We have a very secure and smart payment system. If our system detects that your order is potential risk of fraud, we will place your order on hold and reach out to you to verify the details of your order for the safety of our company and for the credit card holder. For example, if you are placing the order from, our system will detect the difference in countries and your order will be flagged as a potential risk of fraud.

Please note that once an order enters processing at our warehouse, we no longer have the ability to make any changes to it.

Please e-mail hello@moneret-care.com with your order number and your request to cancel and we will try our absolutely best to accommodate your request before your order enters processing at our warehouse.

Please note that if your order is already in processing at our warehouse or has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. If this is the case, you can simply refuse the package upon delivery and request to have it returned to sender. The courrier will then ship it back to us at no cost to you. Once your tracking information updates to confirm that your package is on the way back to our warehouse, please notify us immediately at hello@moneret-care.com and we will be happy to proceed with your refund back to your original method payment.

When your package leave the post office we send you a tracking number to follow the shipping steps.

Once your order has been completed, you will be directed to a confirmation page which will give you the option to opt-in for text updates. We highly recommend to do so in order to remain up to date on where your package is and when you can expect delivery.

Below are some common shipping terms you may see on your tracking link.

- Label Created: the shipping label has been created and is awaiting its first scan from the carrier.
- In transit: The package is in transit.
- Delivery Attempt: A delivery attempt was made to the address provided.
- Delivered: The package was delivered to the address provided.
- Clearance Event: The package is being processed or held at customs.
- Processing with International Carrier: The package is being processed at customs.
- Address Invalid: The carrier cannot recognize the address provided.
- Package Returned to Sender: The package has been returned back to us.
- Arrival at Pick-Up Point: The package has been rerouted to a post office for pick-up.

If your package has been delivered to the wrong address because the wrong address was provided to us, please contact the residents who reside at the address provided to try and have your package obtained. You may also contact the carrier to see if they can pick it up for you, but it’s unlikely they will be able to make this exception.

If your package has been delivered to the wrong address but the correct address was provided to us, please contact the carrier to have them reroute the package to you. They should be able to send someone to pick up the package from where it was delivered to.

No, we can not request to carriers the time in which a package is delivered.
